My Approach
Why Coaching & Emotional Freedom Technique ?
Empowerment Coaching
My coaching style is grounded in empathy, connection, and practical tools for emotional well-being. I work with clients who want to reduce anxiety, build self-esteem, and feel more calm and confident in daily life.

Coaching is a peer-to-peer process — it’s not about diagnosis or treatmet, but about walking alongside you as you explore what’s working, what’s not, and what’s possible. I see each session as a conversation between equals: a space for curiosity, reflection, and learning new ways to support yourself.

Together, we focus on the present and the future; understanding how your current thoughts, emotions, and habits are shaping your experience.
Using tools like Appreciative Inquiry, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, EFT tapping, and gentle nervous system regulation techniques, I help you develop practical coping skills and emotional awareness you can use in everyday life.

My goal is to help you feel more centered, capable, and connected; so you can navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT, often called “tapping,” is a gentle, evidence-based technique that helps calm the nervous system and release stress or emotional overwhelm. It combines the principles of modern psychology with the energy pathways used in acupuncture — without needles.

By lightly tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on an emotion, thought, or physical sensation, EFT helps the body relax its stress response and restores a sense of balance. Many people find it helps reduce anxiety, clear emotional blocks, and create more ease and clarity in both mind and body.

In sessions, EFT becomes a practical self-regulation tool — something you can use anytime you feel anxious, stuck, or triggered. Together, we use tapping to gently bring awareness to what you’re feeling, shift limiting beliefs, and support your body’s natural ability to return to calm.
Youth Mentorship
Growing up today takes courage, and having the right kind of support can make all the difference. My youth mentorship approach offers a fresh alternative to traditional therapy: an engaging, creative, and empowering space where young people can reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and learn practical tools for navigating life’s ups and downs.

Through real conversation, self-reflection, art, outdoor experiences, and group connections, we explore topics like self-esteem, emotional awareness, communication, and goal-setting in ways that feel natural, supportive, and fun. Together, we focus on developing a stronger sense of self, nurturing healthy relationships, creating habits that build resilience and calm, as well as, learning how to manage anxiety, navigate challenges, and grow through struggle with greater resilience.

Families are also supported through this process, learning simple systems for greater harmony, communication, and connection at home. These small shifts help create an environment where everyone can breathe easier, feel more understood, and thrive together.

This is mentorship with heart: a space where growth feels exciting, self-discovery feels safe, and connection becomes the foundation for change.
