Service Description
Finding a 'good fit' practitioner is super important when embarking on a journey of transformation. During this call, we will, clarify your goals and what you hope to achieve, explore the best approach for your needs, and answer your questions about sessions, packages, and how we work together. This call is completely complimentary and gives you a safe, no-pressure space to see if we’re a good fit. After your Discovery Call, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of the next steps and the confidence to move forward with the session type that feels right for you.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is set aside just for you. Out of respect for both your time and mine, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me maintain a smooth schedule and offer openings to others who may be waiting. Cancellations & Rescheduling • More than 24 hours notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no charge. • Less than 24 hours notice: The session fee will be forfeited, except in cases of emergency or illness. • No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are considered used and are not refundable. • Late arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. Packages & Prepaid Sessions All sessions and packages are prepaid at the time of booking. Packages are designed to be used within the time frame stated at purchase (e.g., 3 or 6 months) to support momentum and consistency. Unused sessions are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled within that period. Emergencies & Compassionate Exceptions Life happens — if you experience a true emergency or sudden illness, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate with understanding and flexibility.
