Service Description

Through personalized one-on-one mentorship, I help young people build self-esteem, develop healthy coping strategies, and manage anxiety in a supportive, understanding space. Together, we focus on connection, self-discovery, and practical tools that empower youth to navigate challenges with confidence and resilience.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is set aside just for you. Out of respect for both your time and mine, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me maintain a smooth schedule and offer openings to others who may be waiting. Cancellations & Rescheduling • More than 24 hours notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no charge. • Less than 24 hours notice: The session fee will be forfeited, except in cases of emergency or illness. • No-shows: Missed sessions without notice are considered used and are not refundable. • Late arrivals: Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. Packages & Prepaid Sessions All sessions and packages are prepaid at the time of booking. Packages are designed to be used within the time frame stated at purchase (e.g., 3 or 6 months) to support momentum and consistency. Unused sessions are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled within that period. Emergencies & Compassionate Exceptions Life happens — if you experience a true emergency or sudden illness, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate with understanding and flexibility.
